Katherine E. Maturen MD, MS

Dr. Maturen is an abdominal radiologist at the University of Michigan, with clinical and research focus on gynecologic oncology imaging. Nationally involved as a member of the board of directors of the Society of Abdominal Radiology and a Trustee of the American Board of Radiology, she has become interested in broad themes shaping the future of our profession. Environmental sustainability is an emerging healthcare priority, and radiology is rapidly gaining awareness of the issue. As a high tech field we have both a responsibility and a unique capacity to take action.
